During our first session, we develop a treatment plan to achieve your goals. Typically, these goals are achieved within 6-10 sessions.
We use a variety of treatment approaches to suit your individual needs. The gold standard approaches endorsed by Medicare of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Interpersonal Therapy (IPT) along with, for example, Mindfulness, Hypnosis or Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) are used as needed.
